How can I make reservation at North Devon Resort?

You can make reservations at our resort using our phone number, email, and website. You can also find our resort at or other travel sites.

How to book online?

Throughout our website, you can find many buttons, labeled ‘Book Now’. These buttons will lead you to our online booking engine. There you have to put your arrival/departure date, the number of guests, and (if applicable) promo code.

What if I arrive late?

If you expect to arrive after 10 pm, please call our resort reception and they will give you instructions about where to check-in. Reservations will not be held after 12 midnight on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with us. If you have not contacted us to advise us of your late arrival we may assume the holiday is cancelled.

Where can I find my reservation receipt?

You will recieve the reservation receipt in your email as a confirmation for your booking.

How to cancel or change my booking?

We do hope you won’t need to cancel your holiday with us however if you do, all cancellations must be made in writing to

Please note we cannot transfer bookings from one season to another or make any changes to the arrival date within 28 days of arrival.


We shall not be liable to you for any Force Majeure Event. For every day on which a Force Majeure Event means that you are unable to stay with us, we may choose to either give you a pro-rata refund or allow you to book another day’s holiday with us without charge.


A Force Majeure Event means any circumstance affecting our business which is not within our reasonable control including, without limitation:


(a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;

(b) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident;

(c) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors;

(d) interruption or failure of utility service.

I would like to book a holiday as a surprise for a friend or family member how do I do this?

Book online using our website and whenever you receive the confirmation email, please let us know of the guest’s names through email or phone.

Which is the most efficient way to book an apartment at North Devon Resort?

The most efficient channel for booking apartments at our resort is using our website. Prices on our website are 10% cheaper than any other platform.

What time do I need to check- in and check-out?

At our resort, the check-in time is 4 pm, whereas check-out time is at 10 am.

What is Promo Code?

Every year we deliver many discount campaigns for our guests, organized in a combination of 8 digits code that is delivered to you. This code can be used as a promo code to get the discount. Please enter this promo code at the Reservation Page on our website.

What if I can’t do a booking online?

If you can’t do an online booking, you can always contact us using our phone number 01271 623 130 or email

Can I do a group booking?

We require a central contact for each group who must make themselves known to the resort manager on arrival. They must provide a mobile contact number and be responsible for the behavior of the group.


Any disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the resort without a refund. We reserve the right to recover the costs of any damage to accommodation including furnishings after departure.

How to file a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please speak to the Resort Reception who should be able to resolve your problem so that you can enjoy the remainder of your holiday. However, if you are still dissatisfied, please log this with the Resort Manager.


If, at the end of your holiday, you still feel we have not dealt with your complaint to your satisfaction, please write to our Customer Services team at within 28 days of the end of your holiday.

How do I book the swimming pool and sauna?

Your reservation entitles you to a 45-minute session to use the pool and sauna. Swimming pool charges for locals are Adults £5.20 and for Children £4.50. Guests in the resort will be provided a wristband on check-in. You do not need to pay anything extra.

How do I book SPA treatments?

You can book a treatment at Sea Salt SPA using phone or email.
